Was there a Change in Cloak Stats?

It seems as though some people, including me, feel there was a change in the stats for some of the cloaks.

I'm pretty sure when I bought the cloak of milleon, it provided +75 str and def, but now only offers +45

What's the deal?

None of the cloaks have changed. The only time a cloak is ever changed is either before anyone has bought it or changed in a positive way to give better stats. A legendary item would never be changed negatively after it has been purchased.

You'll probably notice that the better one released shortly after the limited time Milleon (the Iness) is 50. It would not have been better if the other was 75...
